Community Center Rental Procedure

*Resident can view the Town website to see if there are openings at the Community Center or contact 920-864-3420 to check on a date.

*If there is an opening that they would like to book, they are to print the booking forms on-line or contact the Town for a copy of the forms.  They can then send the Rental Contract, Release and Hold Harmless Agreement, rental check and a deposit check to the Town to hold their rental date. 

*Once the checks and documents are all received by the Treasurer/Clerk, the reservation will be placed onto the Town website, which will then confirm the rental.  All rentals are on a first come-first serve basis, upon receipt of all documents and checks.

*Rental check will be cashed by Treasurer upon receipt, deposit check and contracts will be held in the file room by the Treasurer until after event date.

*Several days prior to event, the renter will be sent a door entry code, or they will be notified to pick up a key for the Community Center on the day of the event and where they should be picking the key up from.  

*After the event, the renter will need to clean the building and follow the Glenmore Cleaning Procedures Checklist which will be found in the Utility Closet.  

*Once signed, they will leave the Cleaning Procedures Checklist on the Kitchen Counter, along with the key if they were given one.  They will then lock the front door and leave through the rear door, locking that one also.  

*Inspector will review the Community Center to ensure that all items have been completed off of Checklist and Center is returned to original condition.  If Community Center has not been returned to original condition, some or all of the deposit may be retained, per the rental agreement.
